Currently, this video calling feature is currently live for iOS beta, which you can also try. For this, the Debug menu has to be accessed on the Telegram app first. To open it, one has to rapidly tap 10 times on the Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation bar. After this, the ‘experimental feature’ has to be turned on. When this process is complete, then you will see the ‘Video Call’ button in the Telegram’s chat window.
