Dera Sacha Sauda conducts, a mega eye camp from 12th to 15th December every year to lighten the dark worlds of visually challenged under the auspices of the Shah Satnam ji research and development foundation
Till date, lakhs have benefitted from this camp and many more will continue to benefit from this service. The best part, Dera Sacha Sauda is also the single largest donor in the entire country for Eyes. Volunteers here have pledged to donate their eyes to the tune of thousands and this also makes sure, that this camp, coupled with the donated eyes, are a boon for those with partial or complete blindness.
This Year also 28th free mega eye camp had organized from 12th to 15th December 2019
The registration of the patients has started from 9th December all types of eye diseases will be scanned and treated by eye specialists, in the camp it is imperative to carry of this camp if the patient is suffering from a disease for a long time them as per the weather bringing warm clothes is advisable and also a family member needs to accompany the patient.
Patients will be examined and treated by specialist doctors at Shah Satnam ji Speciality hospital. Volunteers from various part of India as well as abroad are participating in this camp to render their valuable service.
Dera Sacha sauda has been conducting this annual eye camp since 1992 in the memory of Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh ji Maharaj under the guidance and leadership of his holiness Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh ji insan , in the year 2010 and 2013 this eye camp has got recorded in GWR for creating the record of highest number of OPDS in a single day
