The institute request both the letter written on Thursday that the area shall give the facility to deposit GST and TDS only after receiving payment from customers. CEAI President Amitabh Ghoshal said, “At this time consultants or consultants collect their taxes like honest professionals and firms, but have to face a lot of difficulties while depositing GST and TDS as it spent on Akru and Due basis. Has to deposited. GST has to deposit within 30 days of the creation of the bill, not after the payment received from the customers. ”

Ghoshal said, “Consulting engineering companies are in the service sector and their existence rests on timely payment from customers. Banks are not ready to give advance loans to professionals and do not give loans to pay or deposit GST and income tax. If we are late in getting payment from customers, our financial situation is wrongly effecting, which causes a delay in depositing GST and also adding interest. ” CEAI Infrastructure Committee Chairman KK Kapila said, “There is a risk of cancellation of GST registration or litigation if we are late in depositing GST, while we also deposit interest on delay in GST despite a shortage of cash.
